At Cynthia Cephas Photography, we understand that planning a conference or event has so many moving parts---keynote speakers, exhibitions, awards, off site dinners, etc. Each client has a different expectation of what they want to be photographed.  We work directly with clients, as well as partner with professional meeting planners and producers to customize each shoot with thoughtful planning and preparation to achieve the client's desired outcome. WHEN WILL THE IMAGES FROM MY EVENT BE AVAILABLE AND HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

(a) Depending on the number of days and hours photographed, High-resolution event photos will be available online within 72 hours after the conclusion of the event. Option for same-day delivery of a grouping of photographs throughout the day or during an event for social media available upon special request via the booking process. (b) Images will be delivered via an online gallery platform. You will have the ability to electronically download all high-resolution digital images in the event gallery. Images can also be provided on a thumb drive upon request via the booking process.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL YOU TAKE AT MY EVENT?

This number varies depending on the event, so it’s hard to give an exact number. There is not  a limit of shots, per se. My team and I will shoot as much as it takes to 'Tell YOUR Story'. 

CAN YOU DELIVER IMAGES FROM THE EVENT LIVE DURING THE EVENT?

Yes. Selected images can be delivered during the event for social media or AV use via the camera's wireless capabilities.

CAN THESE PHOTOGRAPHS BE USED ON WEBSITES AND IN PUBLICATIONS?

 Absolutely! You want everyone to know how great your event was, and so do I. The fee for my event shoots includes licensing for both print and web usage. This includes your website, LinkedIn profile, Facebook page and any other social networking sites you may be using. In fact, I regularly deliver images onsite for use on social media, so just let me know what you need!

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, I carry $1M liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance upon request.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY?

Yes! We are willing to travel with your organization to multiple cities across the country & internationally to provide conference & event coverage.
