At Cynthia Cephas Photography, we understand that planning a conference or event has so many moving parts---keynote speakers, exhibitions, awards, off site dinners, etc. Each client has a different expectation of what they want to be photographed. We work directly with clients, as well as partner with professional meeting planners and producers to customize each shoot with thoughtful planning and preparation to achieve the client's desired outcome. We pay close attention to detail, and delivering high quality photos is our standard. It is our goal to capture the essence of the event and tell the story. Each assignment is approached with the highest level of professionalism and we strive to ensure client satisfaction. Our client list includes fortune 500 companies, government/political organizations, individuals and non profits.
The following is a list of services and descriptions we provide to capture the moments of each event, each hour, each day. We will work with you to understand the flow of the day, requested services, hours of coverage and expectations for deliverables. We will detail a plan to provide the desired coverage. We will photograph vendor booths, exhibits, poster presentations, etc.
We will set up lighting and a backdrop. We will photograph conference participants at designated times throughout the day (i.e. Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch). Email the Headshot on-the spot.
We can set up a promotional shoot by "scouting" participants to photograph with branding to promote the next event.
We cover formal product launch celebrations and tastings on all scales from large event spaces and venues to small soirees.

Roll out the proverbial 'Red Carpet'. We will set up lighting and photograph your guests in front of your company's provided branded backdrop before the start of the gala, awards ceremony, reception, etc. (option for onsite printing available-request quote)
Provide your guests with a keepsake to mark the occasion! Whether it is a Celebrity photo op, a Step & Repeat, a photo with your CEO or Santa, we will print on-the-spot! We offer high quality prints 4x6 or 5x7 in a black or white photo holder. Photo holders can be customized with your company's branding, event title to mark the occasion. We will work with your marketing team to make it happen! (Request a quote and ask about Step & Repeat packages)
