We will set up lighting and provide a photographer to photograph attendees/guests in front of your company's provided branded backdrop before the start of the gala, awards ceremony, reception, etc. (Onsite printing and or instant email delivery add-on options available)

Provide your guests with a keepsake to mark the occasion! Whether it is a Celebrity photo op, a Step & Repeat, a photo with your CEO, award recipients, we will print on-the-spot! Choose 4x6 or 5x7. 

*Add on option to provide black or white photo holders. Photo holders can be customized with your company's branding, event title to mark the occasion (Step & Repeat add-on)

Unlimited headshots! Perfect for Vendor Booths and Sponsors. High Volume. We provide studio quality corporate headshots on location. Option to email the Headshot on-the spot.

Our team will sort, select  and deliver a selected  number of images that best represent the event up to three times per day.  Great for posting to social media platforms.

Formally posed organizational in designated area formatted for print. Use image for newsletters, annual reports or print and hang on the wall in the office. Per image. *Add-on service. Location Fee applies for stand alone service.

Attendees and participants will have the ability to access, view and download selected images from the event. Option for company logo display.  1 month
