Sessions are scheduled in 1 hour time blocks-- incremental for equipment set-up, photographing time, break-down and also includes time for image selection (for retouching). Time allotment & duration may vary depending on the number of Headshots, Group photos, Interactive photos, Office images, etc. scheduled.
A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to reserve the agreed upon date & time.
Payment is due at the time of the service. Acceptable payment methods are as follows:

• Credit Card- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (processing fee applies)
Please allow 5 business days for post processing, retouching, reformatting & electronic delivery.
In the event a Client needs to reschedule their On-site Session, an email request must be sent to Cynthia Cephas Photography 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date & time. No penalty.
